Complainant advised suspect left the business without paying for the following items: 1x$19.63 Sirloin Steak, 1x$ 20.30 Sirloin Steak, 1x$23.09 Ribeye Bone-in, 1x$23.67 Ribeye Bone-in, 1x$13.71 Beef Oxtails, 1x$13.09 Beef Oxtails, 1x$25.23 Boneless Chicken Breast, 1x$25.98 Boneless Chicken Breast, 1x$47.98 Ground beef roll, 1x$16.96 Pork Ribs, 1x$20.87 Pork Ribs, 1x$27.74 Canned Beer 12 Pack with the total value stolen being $278.25. Deputies located the suspect, who evaded briefly before being detained. At approximately 6:30 p.m., Detective Acuna was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call that was found blocking a public roadway near 6599 Myrtle St, with the suspect asleep behind the wheel. Upon coming in contact with the driver, the detective sensed a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the suspect's breath. A field sobriety test was conducted in which the suspect showed signs of intoxication. At approximately 7:08 p.m., Deputy Cruz was dispatched to a disturbance call for service near 6801 Harrisburg Blvd. Deputies located a suspect and upon completing a pat down, found several plastic baggies that contained a crystal like substance consistent with Meth. Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearms and Drugs Arrested

⚠️ Crime Report | 📅 10-19-25 | 🌎 Cuney HomesWhile on patrol, Deputy Sims observed a vehicle impeding the flow of traffic at a stop sign located in Cuney Homes. During the traffic stop, the driver was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances and firearms. A search of the vehicle revealed the following: Sildenafil – 0.55 grams, Crystal Methamphetamine – 1.67 grams, Xanax – 0.67 grams, Promethazine – 61.70 grams, Crack Cocaine – 1.08 grams. Additionally, four loaded handguns were recovered from the vehicle. The male suspect is a convicted felon, prohibited from possessing firearms. He was taken into custody and charges were filed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
