At approximately 1:25 a.m. Deputy Wingard was dispatched to a loud noise disturbance call near the 100 block of Everton St. Upon arrival, Deputy Wingard observed two male suspects standing next to a car, playing loud music and smoking a Marijuana cigar. The two suspects were detained and further investigation was conducted.
Deputy Wingard observed a green leafy substance in plain view in the vehicle along with a medicine bottle. The medicine bottle contained a plastic baggie with a white powdery substance (Cocaine) and several different types of pills. The pills were identified as Hydrocodone, Xanax, and Ecstasy. One of the suspects stated that he was the owner of the vehicle.
The District Attorney’s Office accepted three charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance on the owner of the vehicle. The suspect was transported and booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center.
